Hiring the Hall
There are two main spaces for hire. The main hall is 90 sqm and the lounge is 25 sqm. Both are accessible by wheelchairs.
The lounge opens out on to a patio area and garden access to which is included in the hire of the lounge.
There are ladies, gents and disabled toilets with baby changing.
There are six round and eight rectangular tables with 80 chairs. Examples of different layouts can be seen in the Gallery.
Included in any hire is the use of a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware.
Rates of Hire
There are two possible hires; the Main Hall or the Main Hall plus the Lounge. The hire rates are:

All bookings are subject to a minimum 2-hour charge. The full hire fee must be paid 14 days before the date of hiring. If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking after this date the Village Hall Committee reserves the right to retain the Cleaning and Damage Repair Deposit as recompense for the lost business.
Cleaning and Damage Repair Deposit
A deposit must be paid at the time of the booking to secure the slot and in conjunction with a completed Hire Agreement. For events not including serving or selling alcohol the deposit is £50.00 For event including serving or selling alcohol the deposit is £250.00. If the cost of cleaning or damage repair exceeds the deposit paid the hirer shall be liable for the full amount.

- It is the responsibility of the hirer to meet all performance and alcohol licensing requirements.
- To comply with agreements made with our neighbours the Hall must be vacated by 11.30pm.
